libcg3-0 software package provides Runtime for CG-3, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcg3-0
libcg3-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcg3-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcg3-0 *
You will get with libcg3-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
